Path from Palm Beach

Does anyone know if the path from Palm Beach to the town beach is ready and being used?

I came home yesterday and couldn't see a path. Didn't go over to the area but through the binoculars there certainly didn't seem to be anything resembling a path down towards the sea. The new road from Kormaluk to the top of the town, below the D400, however had more work done on it. Perhaps someone knows otherwise.

Thanks. Kalkan Regular. Someone mentioned the path on another thread, just wondering if it was being used as we are out next week    Doesnt sound too promising if you couldn't see anything, though

I think whoever that was who mentioned the path was deliberately trying to mislead people

I don't think they were, Hel66 - that may be a little harsh .
A path - an esplanade even - has been talked about for sometime, and after it was mentioned on this forum a few months ago, I asked KTLN to for some more information. The owners said it wasn't ready...yet...about 4 weeks ago, and the original poster on here felt it would be ready for May. I don't think there's any deliberate misleading, just confused information.

There is no path from palm beach to the town, it would be nice if there was, but there isn't

At easter there was definitely a path from Palm Beach to the beach - steps were cut into the hillisde and we walked it & found tortoises along the way.  However, with the road rock debris now being 'poured' over the hillside and filling up the gully, I wouldn't be surprised if this path has now disappeared

Lets hope the Tortoises managed to jump out of the way!!
