I'm not aware of a dolmus to Fethiye there is a coach that runs from the bus station and that goes fairly regularily I believe.

coach to Fethiye from the bus station takes around an hour and a bit depending on stops at petrol station, picking up passengers etc. Think there is a dolmus from town but think it tends to make more stops and takes a bit longer. I'm sure someone with more local knowledge will come along to advise further. I've made the journey quite a few times and never found it too onerous

The dolmus to Fethiye runs approximately every hour.  The journey time takes about an hour and 20 minutes.

In addition to the dolmus service, during the day, you can take advantage of the long distance coaches operated by Pamukale and Kamil Koc which are on their way to other destinations and call in at Fethiye but there are only three or so of these a day.

For the small buses (dolmuses) pay on board, fare 8 or 10  lira  one way depending on the operator, for the larger buses buy a ticket before you board in the operator's office at the bus station.

Does the Dolmus go anywhere near the port please? It's our first time going to Turkey in September and we'll be coming into Fethiye from Rhodes. Thank you.

We've taken the Bati Antalaya bus from the bus station in Kalkan to Fethiye and it cost 10tl each way and it runs every hour - sorry can't remember the time - think its quarter to the hour. They take about an hour and a half and pick up/drop off on the way in Berzigan, Patara Kinik etc. You can pay on board or in the office if the bus isn't there waiting
The bus station is about a 15-20 minute walk from the port - look for the Otogar signs
Better to keep your mouth shut and appear stupid than to open it and remove all doubt :)
