Turkish night
« on: April 15, 2010, 04:28:21 PM »
For the past few visits we keep on saying we are going to do a Turkish night.

1.  Is it worth doing?

2.  If it is can you please recommend one to do.

We are in Kalkan for 7 nights so do not want to waste a good food evening.

I'd also recommend the Samira Turkish night. Excellent food and some fun entertainment all for a reasonable cost. Even though we don't stay at the Samira we usually go along and have a great time.

Some of the restaurants in Islamlar have Turkish nights, but the reviews have been mixed. Know loads of people who have done the Turkish Night at Samira and loved it and it's only had good reviews on here....you watch someone post a bad one now  ::)
Alshepuk, try typing "Turkish Night" into the search facility and see what comes up!
Better to keep your mouth shut and appear stupid than to open it and remove all doubt :)

Another vote here for Samira (in town). Went both times we stayed there and hoping to take parents in Aug even though we are staying elsewhere.
It's very well organised by Ergun, service and food great and the entertainment feels authentic - and not tacky like a lot of themed nights!

Hi,

Can anyody tell me what nights Samira holds the Turkish nights on this year? I am looking for a good, entertaining Turkish night to recommend to my clients on Monday the 7th of June, any ideas?

Thanks!

I think it's usually been a Saturday night but could be wrong and not been this year so don't know if it's changed. Sure someone will be along soon to confirm

Hi,
Samira's Turkish Night is on a Saturday, unless it's changed this year. Samira Deluxe also have one during the week and I think Samira Gardens have a BBQ night. Monday night , not sure if anything is on!
Enjoy
