Maybe it's not an April Fool - London is full of these! (Well, maybe they've got bicycles attached to the front, but the same idea anyway!)

As Jinfizz says many places have them, I think it would be quite funny! Although i wouldnt want to be the one to cycle everyone up cardiac hill
