Maybe it's not an April Fool - London is full of these!  (Well, maybe they've got bicycles attached to the front, but the same idea anyway!)

As has Edinburgh but don't think either of these cities have hills like Kalkan :o
Lol maybe it is true but can't help thinking otherwise, especially the last bit where it states that he's hoping to do a Dalaman transfer :o

As Jinfizz says many places have them, I think it would be quite funny! Although i wouldnt want to be the one to cycle everyone up cardiac hill  ;D
