Tipping

I wonder if any seasoned Kalkan visitors can advise me?
What's the form for tipping in taxis, bars and restaurants please?   
I'm sure there must be a usual amount, like in England we leave 10% of the bill in a restaurant and in Greece, you give the bar person any loose small change from the round.
Grateful for any help.
