KTHY......Problems with their Finances??????

My friend has just arrived at Manchester airport to find that KTHY flight to Dalaman has been cancelled-only information so far is because fees have not been paid to the airport and the pilots haven't been paid!  Not sure if all this is true as it is difficult to find out any info as it is Saturday!

Thanks, just had a phone call-there is a 24 hr strike and the reasons are financial obligations not being met.

We were delayed for 8 hours yest as they were on strike. Had to fly back to Manchester with BMI.

Just to compound things the nasty baggage handlers are pulling the usual bank holiday trick and going on strike at Gatwick .....

flying with kibris tomorrow(sat) just had a phone call from the airline to say they will be on strike again! at the moment just 4 hours but who knows!

ammending previous post.  i meant flying friday with kibris from gatwick i hope! have checked dalaman airport this morning and there is a delay !
