Newbie saying Hello

  Hi, Hubby and I will be off to Kalkan on October 10th for 2 weeks and are counting the days. I have been to Turkey once before (Gulet from Marmaris) but hubby has not been and I know he is in for a treat. I have several questions and am sure there is someone out there with an answer to each one so will post them all individually and say thank you in advance for all the help and advice which is much appreciated. best regards, Pushkin

No No...i used to love Pushkin the dog!!...although i never fathomed out why a sausage dog was named after a russian poet when all it did was sleep and guff!!

Thank you all for thewelcome - we are having internet problems at home so I have only today caught up with the responses. the moniker Pushkin is in fond(ish) memory of a cat we had - he was very red and very large so something russian seemed appropriate!
