Kumurluk
« on: June 08, 2009, 03:14:53 PM »
The villa we are staying is in an area called Kumurluk.  Does anyone have any information whether there are any restauants and or bars here.  I do not think it is far to Kalkan centre but I am sure if there is anything local.

The Palm Beach is in Komurluk, and they are advertising a weekly barbecue evening

Palm Beach Club and a boutique hotel at the top near the Kas Road (can''t remember the name of it) - that''s it! Patara Prince resort is pretty close in the opposite direction to Kalkan, but to be honest we just walked into Kalkan whenever we needed anything and for meals/drinks out - the exercise was the perfect antidote to the food and alcohol consumed  ;D ;D

alshepuk,
just posted on another thread - First time in Kalkan - it''s about 15-20 mins walk in - but see advice about maglites if you''re thinking of walking back in the evening. We didn''t feel the need to ever get a taxi

Our apartment is in Kormuluk, and it is only 10 mins walk into old town and about 15-20 coming back, depends how many wines and how much wonderful food you have had.  Its all definetly worth the trip!!!!
