Sorry, but its nothing to do with kalkan but,Mrs Fidimax is off to Dubai for a couple of days,does anyone
know which type of plugs are used in Dubai ?

Well, we''ve always stayed at the Jumeirah Beach Hotel in Dubai and the plugs there were standard UK 3-pin type. I would guess (but it is a guess) that other big hotels are the same.
