Watch Repair
« on: April 23, 2009, 05:35:26 PM »
Does anyone know if I could get a glass face for a watch replaced in Kalkan. It''s a "Franck Muller" which means the unusual shape is not replicated with watch repairers in UK (apparently!) One reputable place in Chester offered to send it back to Franck Muller for me (at a cost, of course) until I pointed out it wasn''t actually a real one and Franck might be a bit cross  :o  :o.
I love the watch and I''ve had it years and would dearly love to just have the glass replaced as opposed to buying a new one - even if it costs as much as a new one :( .
Any help would be greatly appreciated.

Better to keep your mouth shut and appear stupid than to open it and remove all doubt :)
