Does anyone know the name of restaurant that was the old Chinese?

I''ve been racking my old memory on this one and it won''t come to me!  It''s now being run by Jane and Neco and was newly opened last year.  I want to recommend to some friends renting my place this summer.

Yes, it is the Ilban (not to be confused with the other Ilban, which I think was opposite the PTT a coule of years ago).
