Cypris Tukish airlines

Has anyone has problems booking with Cypris Airlines? I booked a flight to Dalaman in May for 2 weeks and immediately emailed the booking form to a friend to let her know the dates we were going.  She was more observant than I was and noticed the flight was for 1 weeks not 2  I definately inputed the dates for 2 weeks.  I immediately phoned the company but as it was a week end there was no one to answer the phone. Spoke to them on the Monday but they wouldn''t change the date.  A few weeks afterwards my friend went on their site to book their October holiday, entered the dates and luckily noticed that the return date had changed. We feel a bit sick that we are only going to have a week in our beloved Kalkan. I would be interested to know if anyone has had this problem, and also like to warn others to be more observant than I was.
