Can anyone tell me what is happening! this must be awful.  My heart is with the people.

1300 fire fighters and helpers! This is big . I read  about the forest fire on CNN. The fire  touched Kas is everybody okay?

Hi
As far as I am aware this fire started a few days ago, and two local people are missing. My heart goes out to their families.
Homes have been lost to the fire, and it is still burning.

Does anyone have any more information about this tragic event, I have been flicking through the news channels but not seen anything about it

Report says that sadly one person has died and two elderly people are missing. The reports says that 60 homes have been destroyed but seems to be under some sort of control. Hope that helps. The report can be found on CNN news site if you put Turkey fire in search.
