Food shopping en route from Dalaman airport late evening

Am getting small taxi minibus (local Kalkan co) from Dalaman airport 10pm in mid July am hoping new road is open so perhaps arrive in Kalkan before 1130pm what would be my options for doing food shopping en route, perhaps getting the taxi to stop for five minutes. Want to get the heavy items and essentials as am staying in the old town so wont have a car.Arriving on a Wednesday so i know i can get fruit and veg at the market on Thursday. Can i do a supermarket dash en route somewhere or in Kalkan area late at night.
Am new to the forum but have been voyeuristically viewing for a while -particularly like the Feds posts and photos!

Worry not.  The old town is just a small stroll from the local supermarkets and you can go off the next morning and get all you need within 10 mins walk.  There is very little between Dalaman and Kalkan to do a decent shop.  You can get all you need at the local supermarkets, and some will even bring you back in their car if you spend about £30.  We enjoy the first ''shop'' after arriving the evening before and you are lucky you have the market to visit so early.  Enjoy!!
