Long Layover Dalaman Airport - What to do???

Hello,

We have 2 parties arriving at the Dalaman airport 6 hours apart and since we do not want to pay for transfers to Kalkan twice, we were wondering what there is to do near the airport?  Could we easily kill 6 hours?  Is there a town nearby with things to do?

What about a trip to Gocek or Dalyan, neither would be very far.  Can''t advise re. transport. Never been in Dalaman town.
