Hello - another newbie to the forum

Martyn here... my wife Fiona and I have owned one of the Nur Apartments (behind the Nur Hotel) since Oct 2005 but this is the first time on this site! Our friends Caroline and Chris introduced us to the site... so hello, and it''s good to be here!

When I say we are behind the Nur Hotel, I mean literally!    The apartments used to be part of the hotel but Baris decided to sell them, and we were the first to buy (in Nov 2005) so we had first pick.  Ours is the one on the first floor, overlooking the lovely pool. The great thing about where we are is that we get the best of both worlds; an apartment of our own but with the hotel facilities if we need them! Also no worries about security because Baris and his staff are always around to keep an eye on things.

Felicity, I think I know where you are.  Bound to bump into ou sooner or later... we were last in Kalkan over Easter but won''t be able to go again till September (not enough time off work, unfortunately )

We are in the apartments directly behind you (Yellow ones). I use the Nur a fair bit in the early evenings before we go out. I can sit and have a beer while Mrs B is getting ready. Baris is a nice man.
