Long Term rental - minimum year

Hi everyone.
Am looking for a long-term rental minimum of a year and on-going.
2 bedroom minimum with use of the pool. Must allow well-behaved dogs as bringing my Lhasa Apso with me from the UK.
Would prefer ground floor if there is a separate enclosed garden area or 1st floor with generous balcony.
Areas preferred are Town, Kalamar road up to Bread & More (thereabouts) or Market road or La Vanta
My ticket is booked for April 22nd, 2018 but can come for a week in Feb if owner/agent is in Kalkan if necessary.

Unfurnished is fine as long as white goods are included.

If required there are many business owners in Kalkan that would give me a reference.
