Making a payment

Morning all.,

I want to make a payment to someone in Kalkan, but the bank are trying to slap on an admin fee of £25 which completely wipes out the discount I was offered for early payment. Does anyone know of a loophole? Paypal isn't an option.

We pay any overseas transactions through Halifax Bank. The charge with them is £9.50 per transaction.
