Has anybody had similar via OD from a Kelly Baxendale - now asking me to confirm location by clicking on a googlemaps link (which I have not clicked on) - I recall similar sounding e=mails before

Hello! I have seen your lovely property on the ownersdirect webpage. I was wondering if it was available for a full week booking, starting March 18th. As this is for next year, our dates are flexible, so if this particular week is not available, we are open to suggestions. I had two almost identical ones last year but with different names.   Needless to say clicking on the location map is not a good idea!   

It is good to highlight this, Felicity, as there may be new owners not yet aware of this particular scam.

Yes, I also had one from the same Kelly (although she gave a different surname (Hanly) 2 weeks ago). Said exactly the same. Asking for 18th March and said to email her at her work email address. I had one earlier in the year, which I had emailed, but since then I have learnt. 
I remember reading somewhere things to look out for when dealing with these dodgy requests - 1) people requesting dates which are flexible and 2) only 2 people looking at staying in larger properties.

Yep had the same, reported to OD etc good to keep renters aware of the dangers. Some are easy to spot but think about it you could make it really difficult to spot..
