After copius amounts of research, but still two days to go, best mojhito is Marleys (oppositeHunkers)  .

You will struggle to beat  Marleys

Enjoyed Marleys. Mrs W's fave was Mini Bar (specifically mojito and espresso martini).
On the flip side, Botanik was poor this year. Couldn't taste the alcohol and everything seem to be made in a food blender resulting in either slush puppies or a glass full of fruit froth. Won't be going back there.
Cocktails at Gironda also very poor.
