Airbnb

Have been with OD for four years and so fed up that not only do they insist you book through them, but also I cannot get through to my own listing without doing so in spite of endless emails to them.  I have listed our apartment with Airbnb and already had three bookings.  Two are from Turkish families, one from a Belgian couple with children.  I am very pleased, but Airbnb is not easy either!  The problem is that you can only communicate through airbnb with your guest and any phone number you give them (to ask a Turkish friend to interpret for example) is blanked out, as is my website URL so that I could give them more details.  I wonder if anyone has this problem and how you get over it.
