Travel insurance for Turkish residents

Does anyone have any particular recommendations when arranging travel insurance when you are  resident in Turkey?  Whether for trips back to UK or holidays to other destinations.

I've used Ali Tunc in the old Belediye building for travel insurance on the last couple of occasions, or try World Nomads.
