Can anyone help.  Following the cessation of our maintenance company we are now looking for a reliable, efficient, trustworthy experienced team.  Must have good written/spoken English.  Would appreciate any references from local Villa Owners.  Thanks in advance and good wishes for the festive season.  Anne and Russ

I would recommend Alternatif property...........with Mustafa and Jane. Mustafa is a larger than life,flamboyant character.He owns and runs Alternatif restaurant,has very good English,and is 100 % trustworthy.He has a big property operation,including building and management..........he has been in kalkan all his life and his family has a lot of influence so if you need something doing quickly.......Mustafa makes sure it happens when you want.

Jane works with him.......she is English and is married to a Turkish chap...........they run Café Leon.......you would not go wrong with this company........of course,you may know them already.

Please can you let me know the going rate is for annual maintenance of a villa and pools (excluding, cleaning & bills obviously)?  Any ballpark costs would be appreciated.  If you don't want to advertise them then please private message me.

We have a 3 bed upside down duplex apartment - but on quite a large plot, downstairs garden and own pool with large terrace - so very similar to a villa and we have just paid £1000 for the year.
It's our first year as owners, so I don't have a clue if that is good or not, but our management team are fantastic
