Hello, I'm a Massage Therapist, Reflexologist and Reiki Master from Ireland based
down the road in Kas. I recently started visiting Kalkan and administering treatments
to guests by their pool or any other shady spot we could find. It's been a lovely experience
so far I must say. All the guests have been happily surprised to find that the massage
was actually very good  (!) and many have expressed that they haven't felt so relaxed in years.
I do Swedish massage plus deep tissue and am intuitive about what's needed. I start always with Reflexology
use Reiki throughout and finish with head, neck and face massage. As well as solving tricky knots in the back, neck or wherever else, the client experiences deep relaxation and healing on many levels. My prices are competitive and I am available during the week or at weekends. Enjoy your holidays...

Now that sounds like the perfect de-stress for the start of the holidays.

Genuinely, yes it is a fantastic de-stressor for the start of the holidays. I recommend a session on the second or third day after your arrival so that you've acclimatised a little and are really ready to relax. Many book a second session during their holiday, one when they arrive and one before they leave, which sustains them for a while after they go back to the grindstone...We don't know very often how much stress we are carrying, and where, until someone provokes that spot and then we realise how tense we've been. Best that all relax and enjoy the sun stress-free....~!
