cafe ev
« on: June 08, 2015, 03:03:07 PM »
Have been back to cafe ev twice in the last two weeks. it is under new management but the food is excellent and very reasonable! to date it has been the cheapest wine by the glass as well 8tl! the down side has been that it has not been busy so am mentioning it in hope that a few more will give it a visit as we would hate it not to succeed . last night we had a lovely chicken dish, a musakka. a wine and a beer plus free bread and dips. 65tl! Approx £16.00 ! :)

Thank you, Samson and I agree with you - we love it in there. It's one of my favourite places, as it's cool, away from it and refreshingly clean and simple. It helped with us living above it for 2 weeks a couple of years ago, when it became my local!  When others are trekking into town, I like to go the other way and escape up there!

Cheers!

We too have been to Cafe Ev,  5 times now since their reopening, food is very good & agree they are quiet but then so are quite a few others places on the outskirts, It's a quiet time in Kalkan.

What's good at the location for them is easy parking, not a lot of noise, & not too far from the main parts of town if walking.

Yes, I have to agree too. Food is good and the prices quite reasonable together with attentive and friendly staff.
A real shame that they are not getting too many customers in.
