More sad news...

For those who don't subscribe to social media there is terrible news today of another tragic young man who has passed away in Kalkan. I am truly heartbroken to share the news of Arif Topcu's untimely passing. Many of the EK community will know him well and be shocked and devastated to read this. He is best remembered and well loved as the Moonlight front man for many years, and latterly their DJ. Its so hard to take the news in.....
RIP, dear friend. Kalkan will not be the same without you.

K4E, that's a lovely tribute for a lovely young man. Such a shock, first Oner and now Arif. So so sad  RIP.

Read this on KTLN and couldn't believe it....such sad news ,a smashing young lad with a warm smile and a pleasant manner at such a young age. Very sad

So tragic, two smashing young men. Whatever happened this time was it also a car accident? Those boys absolutely made the moonlight astmosphere that everyone will fondly remember.

No, not an accident this time, he died suddenly. I understand there will be an autopsy to determine what happened as he was only a young, seemingly healthy, man. I am still in shock...I think KTLN have posted something now as BL says he read it there so maybe there is more information about what happened.
Arif is part of our Kalkan memories....I just cant imagine how his family, friends and the boys in Moonlight must be feeling right now. Can't take it in.

Arif was buried yesterday and I understand the PM revealed he died of natural causes - only 28, so young and his whole life ahead of him. Two young men from the Moonlight family so tragically taken it doesn't seem real...heartbroken doesnt even begin to describe it.
