I'm looking for a spacious, preferably detached 3 or4 bedroom and ensuite villa for the above dates. Ideally centrally located in the old town but no more than a 10 min walk to the taxi rank.

Any suggestions will be greatly appreciated - especially anything that isn't advertised on OD or HL.

This is well worth a look. Villa Pearl is the 'sister' to my Apartment Pearl and belongs to the my friend and neighbour Maria who owns BSG handbag shop. I've had a tour and it's fabulous - sea views from every room. It is set behind the beach, just up from Iso's, and past the Courtyard on the right. Very handy for Botanik! Hi Felicity,

Just looked at your website,for villa Kirmizi lale,after clicking on the link.Wow....the photo showing the Komurluk area, takes me right back !! On the photo, it shows what we call " The yellow house ".This was bought by Hallit,the developer (known also as "Silverman") who demolished the house and built instead a small development of 3 apartments........known as Harbour Heights !

Also,the brick shell of a villa, below The Yellow House,in the photo became....The White Lodge....an amazing villa !

As you look directly at The Yellow House,our apartments are immediately to the left of The Yellow House....The white staggered block.We are actually directly above and behind The White Lodge..............Things have really moved on now in Kalkan,thats for sure
