Haybo that's so funny. Reminded me of a conversation between our daughters on holiday, youngest "who is elvis Presley? Did he start rock off?" Middle daughter "who is Rockov" is he Russian?  OH and I laughed our socks off!

The bakery is fab by the way. You must go Rachey but they sell out early doors so don't leave it too late.

They will slice the bread that you choose in the bakery provided it hasn't just come out of the oven as it won't slice then. There is a great choice of bread, which freezes brilliantly & cakes.

Re freezing the bread, the normal 1TL loaves freeze so well that you don't even know when you defrost them, it is like they have just come out of the oven all nice and crispy.  We always buy about 4 at a time and then don't have to worry about going to the Bakers every day.

I kind of like a little stroll each morning to buy fresh bread....it clears the head too!
(Ever noticed how many turkish people say "good morning"....bit different to home where people just scurry about oblivious to others !!)
