long term rental

Hi My current rental is due to end in November 2013. I am looking for a new home to rent. I would like a two/three bed apart or small villa.  I would be looking to rent on an annual basis and am happy to consider all locations except Kalamar Bay as this is a little too far for me without a car.

If anyone has a property that they would consider renting for at least the next twelve months, longer if possible, please contact me and I can PM you my Turkish phone number.

I am in Kalkan at this present time until end of November when my current lease ends, so am available to view and to move before I return to the U.K

I can supply excellent references should they be required
