Lynne T, just use the search facility to see the posts about water hammocks over the past few years and that will give you a broad range of views.

alantj, if I were your wife I might be a tad cross with you right now :o :-[
Better to keep your mouth shut and appear stupid than to open it and remove all doubt :)

On the contrary she is just happy that I didn't (in the interests of science) reveal her weight.

I bought my water hammock a few years ago and it travels back and forth with me and have learnt how to re-pack lol. Never thought I would as like others use to buy my Lilo in resort and leave it there. Then a kind holiday maker let me use hers and I was hooked. When I still used lilos this was how I avoided the embarrassment of getting on or not in most cases. At the shallow end steps position lilo under derrier and while holding on the step rail slide on, turn, position for comfort and let go. Simples  ;D

Love the pic, pw.   Is the banana hammock comfy and easy to get on and off?  It looks fun but I hate suddenly finding myself falling off things like that.  I am not a great swimmer (although just love being in the pool in Kalkan) so always try to keep my face and head above the surface.   I NEVER jump into the pool, always go sedately down the steps, usually declaring the water is icy cold until I am actually in and then say "Ooh its lovely and warm".

Hi Lynne

You couldn't last year, we found one in Gocek. We also bought one from Can Can but we didn't think it was as good quality and it didn't have the fibre glass pole round the outside so was much less rigid.
