If anyone has a need for a local handyman who can take on most plumbing, electrical and general maintenance work, I can thoroughly recommend our pool guy Gunduz... he is quick, efficient, speaks pretty good English and above all is reliable. He is looking for more work in Kalkan, having moved here from Bodrum earlier this year; we have already given him plenty of work (and he has done it all very well) but he needs more!

Hope he finds more work MartynE, sounds like a sound bloke, pity he didn't live locally near us in the UK,  we seem to have no  end of  trouble lately getting a good reliable general tradesman when we really need one.
