LOOKING FOR FLAT OR VILLA TO LET LONG TERM

Does anyone know of any flats or small villas to let long term ( ie all year round) in or near Kalkan? Would prefer ground floor with access to a garden as I have a couple of dogs (house trained and well behaved I should add) If anyone has any ideas I would appreciate it. Thanks
