A possible holiday

We are looking for somewhere to go this year-end of July/ August. We have 4 teenagers who want to swim, sail, water ski and windsurf with tuition if needed.
We'd like a villa with a pool in walking distance of restaurants . I am happy to hire a car but would like to know what the roads are like - bit wary of mountain roads with steep drops!
Kalkan looks to be the right place and I have found a couple of villas ...

Am I looking in the right place?  Any views would be appreciated.
