December in Kalkan...

Saturday 29th Dec........VERY mild with 100% cloud cover and dry, albeit, looks like we may get soe rain later.

Sunday 30th .........Grey, wet and windy but def not cold.

Overall December is wet in Kalkan. Dec is the rainiest of the season in Kalkan, so be sure to package a raincoat or umbrella! 224mm is predicted to drop during the joyful month.

Not to bad today......great fun with all the 'Loony Dook' Swimmers'.  Well done to all who took part......got to say the sea was pretty cold, over 1000tl raised, well done to all who contributed, great effort.  Drinks in Kleo, sun came out for a couple of hours, albeit the wood burner came in handy, then lunch in Fener  Cafe.......great New Years Day Was had by all

Wall to wall sunshine today, temp in car showing 22, albeit, it's HOT in the direct sun. Just
had lunch in the little roadside cafe/restaurant on the corner of the road you take to go to Patara. Half a chicken each ( two of us ) with side salad, bread two bottles of water and a can of coke......20tl (£8)
