Advice re Property Maintenance

New to the forum and still trying to find our way around....

We are soon to complete on a 3 bedroom villa in kalkan and have no idea what prices for year round maintenance should be including cleaning/garden/pool/meet and greet for guests/winter checks etc 

:-\It seems like there is as many prices for the same services as there are companies doing it?? We have also read a couple of horror stories that we want to avoid..

Any recommendations or rough guide to expected costs would be really helpful.
