Adam's Lamb Shank is absolutely gorgeous, meat falls off the bone and is so tender. I think I posted a photo in the gallery of it. Arrives on fire.

I had slow cooked Persian lamb at Escudo in the summer. It was the best dish I've tasted and I tried to replicate it when I got home. It had apricots and walnuts in it and some of the pomegranate sauce that you can buy in the supermarkets. My attempt was OK but nothing like as good.

Moroccan lamb at mussakka is to die for, as is a similar dish at baharat, which is cooked with figs. Our girls absolutely loved the lamb shanks at Sade as well. I think your hubby's going to be spoilt for choice.

I had that last summer as well and I agree - it's one of the tastiest dishes I've ever had! Only problem was that it was a small portion and I could've eaten one 3 times the size! I'll have to have a starter and pudding next time.
Live for today, plan for tomorrow, party tonight!
