Hi can anyone tell me pm is you wish what you are paying for cleaning of apartment / villa. Seem to getting charged a lot ! Just want to compare.

A common rate is TL 70 - 80 for full clean of a 3-4 bedroom villa.  Usually 6-7 hours work.

Cosetta does that include laundering of bed linen and towels and cleaning products or would that be extra?

If the cleaner only has to wash 2-4 sheets, she might include it in the total cleaning time.  If more linens, or more time, then it is extra.  If the villa is rented, then it is definitely extra.  You are responsible for providing cleaning products, hoovers, brooms, etc.
