What's On & Holidays

Hi - is there a calendar on this site (or elsewhere) which sets out the public holidays in Turkey, and perhaps local festivals in the Kalkan area? Such an information point might help somebody decide when to visit (or avoid) the area. The only events diary I could locate was little more than a list of birthdays!

There is a whats on guide to the right hand side - as for the calender any member can update this with events, holidays etc

Thanks - I can see that the "What's On" tab is supposed to be the register of these kind of public holidays and specific events/celebrations. But either it has not been updated or populated, or Kalkan has become a total ghost town (eg there is NOTHING happening in July in peak season)!

Have a look on KTLN....you will have to log on and if you click 2010 on the calendar when it appears it will give you everything throughout the year
