Hi. we have booked atransfer from Dalaman to Kalkan through EK/Adda and understand we should pay the fee at the Adda office within 48 hours of arrival. Will the driver be expecting a tip (I've always tipped before - but as a supplement to the main tarrif), and if so, what is an appropriate amount?
