Ingredients
4 eggplants
3 bowls of yoghurt with garlic
650-700 gr. of lean lamb,minced thick
two spoon butter
Cook the eggplants on the embers.
After peeling the skins, slightly fry them in the butter.
After that braise the lean meat in its own grease.
Pour the yoghurt and cooked meat on the eggplants that you have crushed.
After five minute on low heat , your dish is ready to be served.
