MIHLAMA
(Black Sea Cuisine)
Ingredients :
1 dessert spoon butter
1 spoon corn flour
A small amount of Tulum cheese (cheese encased in a skin)
A small amount of grated yellow cheese (kaÅŸar peyniri)
- Melt the butter in the frying pan and braise until the corn flour becames a yellowish colour.
After adding the cheeses, add a tea glass of water and mix.
Cook on low heat until the cheese is melted and becomes the desired thickness.
Eat with a piece of bread.
