Rising food costs in Kalkan,good eateries?

Apartment owner coming here for 4 years where have the traditional Turkish restaurants gone at Turkish prices. A couple of places we used to frequent have stopped using any spices or herbs of any description.saddened by this as have to go to Kas for the occassional good cheap food.Comments welcome
