Hello I am also a home owner at La Vanta and I think i might be your next door neighbour , I'm basing this on the fact that I believe that the owner of the townhouse next to us has unfortunately passed away since purchasing the property.

They are selling like cold cakes  hopefully now that the 25m infinity pool and clubhouse is completed things might start moving again.
Lots of people renting the properties that are completed

there seems to be a plethora of Lavanta properties on the letting websites this year.
Has anyone rented one? They are quite a bit more expensive than a lot of properties, just wondering if they are worth the extra dosh?
