Buying "village" property

Hi folks
Until recently foreigners couldn't purchase property in villages (e.g. Akbel, Islamlar) in their own name but had to do it through setting up a company. Apparently a recent change in the law now allows for foreigners to buy in villages. Has anyone switched the tapu from their company name to their own name since the law change? If so, just wondered what the process is and approximate cost.
