Looking for long term apartment rental

We are a couple on our fifties long term renting in Kalkan since 2014. Unfortunately a neighbor moved in about two years ago and coexistence in the condo changed in worst. We are now looking for a new apartment about 60-70 sq. m. with two bedrooms and furnished. We are not interested in swimming pool or seeking high standard as requested for holiday apartments. Our main needs are for a decent standard, quietness, long term and an internal car park (not on the street). We offer TLira 1100 per month, plus we usually pay bills, small items and house maintenance, except those which are part of the house or of its structure.
