Right, that's it. I'm hacked off with posts about dogs. If you want to listen to the worst in Kalkan come up to my place and listen to the three owned dogs by me.

Also handbags, forget them they are fakes anyway and, no doubt made in some sweatshop controlled by criminals to boot.

Tools, that is what we need more posts about. How sharp they are, how easy to use, how long they last, what do they feel like in your hand, do they splinter wood and can they drill through concrete. Yeah! sexy tools.

Yep cuddles,

We are Men's men...........fresh from the cave !!

I love my hammer drill. It takes no prisoners ! I have a drill "bit" that rips through solid steel lintels...........I have to get my new curtain brackets up at any cost.

My electric screwdriver makes short work of the fixings required to get those brackets up !

I adore my spirit level...........Goodness knows what my pictures and wall hangings would look like without it !

Don't even get me started on my retractable tape measure..............Is life actually possible without it by my side !!

Last, but not least...........I love my 10 rung step ladder.

With all this going on,do I have time for................

Boat trips
Restaurants
Bars
sunbathing
drinking

Oh yes I do !!!

Ladies,i love your reports,so keep them coming.....they are fab !

...............Just think of me occasionally with my list of jobs to do !! ( I am let out once in a while )

I bought a blower/vac for my garden today from B&Q, wanted one of those for ages but, wasn't allowed to buy one. (So I used the handbags she bought to stuff the dead leaves in.) Today I finally got one and got it half way back to my car before the mother-in-law phoned to say she didn't need hers anymore. Turn around and back to B&Q for a refund.
I am so chuffed, tomorrow I will blow all the leaves and twigs from around my back garden into a nice pile, then put them through the shredder, which is so cool the way it almost sings as it works away.

I guess Automan's forgotten what happened to him and the garden Hoover that his dad gave him last week! Suffice it to say that me fusing the lights at Adana Okabasi had nothing on the performance I witnessed - I think the whole village felt the ricochet!! Needless to say, that boys toy is now at the tip!  ;D

Drooling at the thought of Snap_On tools. And hey you mean you buy them and actually use them! Is that more fun than going into the garage and polishing them?

Cuddles ..might I suggest you blow your twigs and leaves from your back garden over next door when they out..you can then get a refund on your shredder >:D

P.S ...I don't buy anything other than Bosch or Makita ;)

No, that wont work BL, he would recognise the bags they are in and sling them back over!

I used to do the same, only buy Bosch, but now I only buy from Lidl or Aldi, cheaper and a 3 year warranty. Even if they're not broken you can take them back after 2years and 11 months, present the receipt and hey presto they take them back, with no hassle. If you do it when that item is on offer again, you can walk out with a brand new one.

What about cordless v corded. Personally I don't buy cordless any more. They were never charged when I wanted to use them or, they ran out of battery or, the battery wouldn't charge. So now, I only buy corded stuff.
