Pool heating

My first visit to Kalkan this October, booked a villa and just been advised to heat the pool? Is this really necessary? With daytime temperatures in the late 20's I would have thought not. Usually use a pool for cooling down not heating up! Anyone have an opinion as cost is very high 🙁

Think you may be rather surprised, pool temperatures certainly getting lower, mine certainly is but ok once in.  Evenings are getting much cooler now.

I guess it comes down to preference. I too enjoy the pool on the colder side, compared to what most other people like anyway. They probably recommend this to everyone, but you're free to do whatever you wish.
