greenbelt question part 2

Further to my first posting regarding greenbelt/protected land ,has anyone ever come across the towns plans regarding future building sites etc ,mehmet my property manager said that there was a town plan drawing that shows areas set aside for children''s playgrounds ,green land etc that he has seen .
 Just wondered if anyone else has seen this or has it since been used to start a barbecue one hot summers evening

The Town Plans can be seen at the Town Hall, Kevin

There used to have a very large plan displayed in the old offices in the town, should think that there is something similar if not better by now.  There are more people in there now who speak good english and have been quite helpful.
