Good builders in area available in January?

Hi - my dad lives in Islamlar, and during the summer a storm blasted half his roof off! Now it''s winter, and he says he can''t find any good (and reasonably priced) builders to fix the roof who are available until March or April. He also needs a heater and chimney to be installed. This is a problem since his roof now leaks badly any time it rains. And he''s freezing! Any suggestions gratefully appreciated. Mark (living in Ankara)
