Flying out to Kalkan for first time on Monday. I realise that this is much covered subject but what are people's top 3 restaurants at present. We would like to experience typical Turkish food and we also like seafood

Hi Spurs
My recommendations are:
Olive Garden (old town) - A different menu + good turkish food, excellent
Marina (by harbour) - great calamari + fish bake
Trio - not particularly turkish but very good, great steaks
Nar - new this year, great quality
Kaya - good food, great staff, good atmosphere

In no particular order:
Ibo's
Coast AT GIRONDA
Daphne's CLOSED FOR THIS SEASON
And had to add Ali Baba's (on the right up the hill towards bus station)

Sofra - amazing views and food
Cafe Vita - great for a lunch time snack
Oz Odana - brilliant pide/kebabs - if you dont want a heavy meal

Our three favourites - currently! Bound to change again this year though

Three different categories though: evening meal, lunchtime and on-the-list-to-try-this-September!

Evenings:

1. Olive Garden
2. Kaya
3. Coast (although we haven't been there since they moved)

Lunchtime:

1. Omar's Kitchen (mainly because it's right next door to the apartment!)
2. Aubergine
3. Korsan Kebab

Top three to try this year:

1. Kalamaki
2. Nar
3. Moussaka

do try Nar, Kalamaki and Moussaka. We went to all 3 when we were there in June and they were all fantastic.

All very good with friendly service

Hi,

1. Doy Doy fantastic food excellent service great view over the harbour ask for Mehmet.

2. Aubergine agin excellent food and service by the harbour.

3 Kalamaki- new this season food was wonderful as was the service
